Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase or delivery of the product to the customer.
The warranty covers
- The furniture frame — subject to correct use.
- Transformation mechanisms — subject to correct use and no mechanical damage.
The warranty does not cover
- Damage from improper use or unauthorised repairs.
- Mechanical damage, moisture, or high temperatures.
- Natural wear of fabric, filling, and decorative elements.
Returns
Showroom stock items
Furniture purchased from our showroom that was not made to individual order may be returned within 14 working days of purchase, provided:
- The product has not been used.
- The original appearance, completeness and purchase documents are intact.
Custom-made orders
Furniture made to a custom order — specific dimensions, upholstery, colour or configuration — cannot be returned, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity with the order.
Post-Warranty Service
After 24 months we repair furniture on a paid basis, in the same workshop and with the same materials as during production.
What we repair
- Pull-out mechanisms — replacement or repair (platform, dolphin, French).
- Frame — reinforcement or replacement of structural elements.
- Upholstery — partial or full replacement, same or different colour.
- Filling — foam replacement if it has lost its shape.
- Legs and decorative elements — replacement or refinishing.
How to request service
- Contact us via the Contacts page or by phone.
- Describe the issue or send a photo.
- Receive a preliminary cost and lead-time estimate.
- Bring the furniture to our showroom or we arrange collection for complex cases.
- After repair, returned with free assembly in Chisinau.
Correct use
- Open mechanisms smoothly, without jerking or excessive force.
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight — it can fade the fabric.
- Do not jump on armrests or backrests — may damage the frame.
- FibreGuard fabrics can be wiped with water and soap.
